Michele Finey is the granddaughter of Australian artist, caricaturist and political cartonist, George Finey. Growing up in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, Michele's creativity and love of art was nurtured in an amazing environment where every room of the house was packed floor to ceiling with her grandather's myriad creations. Michele went on to become an astrologer, hypnotherapist and author, dabbling in various arts and crafts along the way. In 2013 Michele decided it was about time she developed her latent talents and enrolled in art classes. She continues to explore various mediums, subject matter and styles and is engaged in ongoing training.
Have been with gallery247 for 6 years, both free and now paid. Wonderful on line platform for artists which has made my work easy to find and i don't need to worry about setting up my own website; they even forwarded a message from a community college i volunteered for a few years ago, for an art tutor.

I have recently become a member of Gallery 247 as an artist, and am so impressed. Communication was quick and very personable. The website seems very user friendly. With the couple of questions I emailed I was looked after with a phone call and very kindly and professionally looked after. Highly recommend.
