My Bio: I am retired after many years in marketing and advertising, and taken up paintingin the last few years. Advertising teaches you the idea that an image must have a focus and give the viewer a strong reason to look and appreciate the point of the painting. There has to be a unique story in every painting. As a relatively new artist, I am flexible about subjects and styles and very much a Learner when it comes to tecnique....

My Bio: I was a trained Primary School Art Teacher, that believes that even the youngest child can be taught to paint, and use tools of the trade with guidance. Now after my working career, I have many hours to paint for myself. But it has got to the stage I have no walls left for display!! Friends constantly advise me to get my work "out there" for others to appreciate.
My style varies from impressionistic to lifelike, but the common ...

My Bio: I’m a Melbourne based Digital Abstract Artist with a background in graphic design.
My creative process is a blend of spontaneity and meticulous planning. I have completed murals, extra large to small canvas' just to name a few. My genre is varied, but I believe my flair is to the floral world. I think this is due to the range of colou...

Have been with gallery247 for 6 years, both free and now paid. Wonderful on line platform for artists which has made my work easy to find and i don't need to worry about setting up my own website; they even forwarded a message from a community college i volunteered for a few years ago, for an art tutor.
