Trenna Austin Previously a professional Fashion / Catwalk model, who grew up in Murray Bridge, South Australia, is now a Sydney based Artist.
Exploring the art world since the age of 3yrs, Trenna Austin is a free-spirited artist that loves to help others. Her creative talent "took out" the Year 12, MBHS - Art Award in 1986. All of her year 12 works were selected to represent the state of South Australia at an exhibition in Adelaide. At the young age of 12 years, she won "second prize" to Design a stamp featuring an Australian animal for a national competition. Creative in all mediums from Acrylics, Watercolour, Oils, drawings and her amazing animal sculptures. Trenna initially trained as a Graphic Designer but she is mostly self-taught.
Many commissions have been painted by her, and she held her first SOLO Exhibition , April 2017 at Whispering Brook, Hunter Valley, NSW
Trenna Austin is a direct decendant of Thomas Austin who released 24 rabbits into the wild of Australia in 1859. In a few years the population exploded by the millions and they have been causing devasting problems ever since. Trenna has been haunted by this legacy ever since. This has directly influence her and her love of drawing rabbits.
