Sandra has been painting with oils for around 12 years, focusing mostly on flowers, nature and landscapes.
Recently exploring portrait work, her style is often influenced by orginal photos and places visited.
The nature of her work expresses beautiful soft colours and exploration of shapes and colours that brighten the natural light that falls on a subject.
Sandra is a wife and mother of 3 children and has Three grandchildren.
She has lived in Tecoma for 20 years at the foothills of the Dandenong Rangers.
She grew up in New Guinea, and travelled and lived around Australia for a number of years.
Sandra likes tapestry, painting, mosaic,and being a grandparent, walking in the Australian bush and travelling.
Sandra is working hard to create a collection of works to continue to exhibit and sell as she develops and expands her creative career.
Sandra loves take in the beauty of her surroundings, then transformed them on to the canvas. What she paints is from her spiritual side of her.

Wonderful on line platform for artists which has made my work easy to find and i don't need to worry about setting up my own website; they even forwarded a message from a community college i volunteered for a few years ago, for an art tutor.
