I am a self-taught painter who has always loved drawing and creating. For a time, I sourced wooden egg cups from overseas, painting them and selling them after being featured in House and Garden. Then I moved on to creating works out of wire, specialising in wire bomboniere for weddings. Now based in Melbourne (after living in Sydney and Adelaide, where I am originally from), I have now realised that painting is my true joy. Primarily working in acrylics (although I am venturing into oils), my paintings invariably have a female form as the main subject. Married, with 2 children, I love renovating, travelling, reading, designing, creating and painting.
Have been with gallery247 for 6 years, both free and now paid. Wonderful on line platform for artists which has made my work easy to find and i don't need to worry about setting up my own website; they even forwarded a message from a community college i volunteered for a few years ago, for an art tutor.

I have recently become a member of Gallery 247 as an artist, and am so impressed. Communication was quick and very personable. The website seems very user friendly. With the couple of questions I emailed I was looked after with a phone call and very kindly and professionally looked after. Highly recommend.
