Description : Artisan stoneware pottery mug with a comfy eye catching handle. Suitable for hot or cold drinks. In an eye catching cobalt blue and white screen printed colorway and tufted texture, glossy surface with copper details might be perfect gift for Mother's day or Christmas.
Completely handmade from slabs of white stoneware clay. Freeform handbuilt hug a mug shape. Boho baroque inspired patterns were hand screen printed onto the wet clay. Glazed with food safe clear glossy glaze on the inside and outside. The cup was fired the twice at about 1220'C. Liquid copper lustre was added around the body of the mug and the pieces were fired in my electric kiln for the 3rd time on lower temperatures.
The mug has genuine quartz raw crystal attached to the handle.

Dimensions: 9.5 cm (3.7'') in diameter, height 8.5 cm (3.3'') Holds about 350 ml (12 fl oz)

Saucer was made from a slab of white stoneware clay in the same techniques as the mug.
Dimensions : 24 x 14 x 3 cm.

Handwashing recommended.
Not suitable for microwave.
