My paintings are about connections and moments, the things that make up our everyday lives. I paint what I see and feel and often it’s not about the big picture but a look or a colour because thats what I take away with me from any experience. As I have said in my Instagram feed (Creativeatplay) watercolour brings me to my happy place, I am always aspirational and have a suite of heros I follow and learn from. I picked up a paint brush in 2014, have completed a number of short courses and workshops, I have no idea where this adventure will take me, but its a wonderful journey, I have been selling my work through social media, commissions and shows and every sale is a sharing of passion and delight.

Instagram Many thanks for a wonderful Art Show. My wife and I attended on Saturday afternoon and were most impressed.
Not only were the entries outstanding, the layout and the lighting indicated that much thought had been put into the presentation.
No doubt much work had been done behind the scenes to make it such a success.

Have been with gallery247 for 6 years, both free and now paid. Wonderful on line platform for artists which has made my work easy to find and i don't need to worry about setting up my own website; they even forwarded a message from a community college i volunteered for a few years ago, for an art tutor.
