Gaye Boltong(Pereira-Jackson) has always dabbled in art but did not take it on as a full time activity till she retired from teaching in 2006. She has lived abroad for over 25 years and has during that time, traveled extensively. She loves painting where ever she goes and her art works reflect a wide variety of subjects in different mediums. She lives in Victoria, enjoys her garden and time spent with her eleven grandchildren.
She has exhibited overseas and won awards in many local and Victorian Art shows and has held 3 solo exhibitions in Melbourne and a few joint exhibitions of her works in the last few of years.
She spends part of the year traveling to new places and the rest of the year is spent in Melbourne. She also hosts painting and photography holidays in Bali for small groups of artists.

Facebook Have been with gallery247 for 6 years, both free and now paid. Wonderful on line platform for artists which has made my work easy to find and i don't need to worry about setting up my own website; they even forwarded a message from a community college i volunteered for a few years ago, for an art tutor.
