Artist and Illustrator

Anthea Day has been catapulted into a world of beauty.  She paints watercolour florals, birds, landscapes and abstracts.  Her art style provides opportunity to explore the intrinsic beauty and nature of watercolour and ink.  She allows watercolours and ink the freedom to do what they do well.  She loves watching the happy radiant colours blend together, capitalising on their transparent beauty and facing the challenges and opportunities presented by their unpredictable and spontaneous nature. She produces primarily intricate 'happy' art that's packed with texture, vibrancy and colour. 

Anthea is grateful to God for His inspiration and the valuable training she has received which have contributed to the development of her own unique personal style. She has exhibited and sold art at the Goolwa Art Exhibition, Victor Harbor Art Exhibition and privately.

She enjoys engaging in digital art and design and has illustrated children's story books.
