Hala Sekak is a talented abstract artist based in Melbourne, whose art is inspired by her Middle Eastern and Arabic roots. She is skilled in a range of techniques, including resin art, abstract art, fused glass, hand-built pottery, wheel throwing, slip casting, and mold making. Hala's artwork is a symphony of feelings, love, and expression, and she draws inspiration from anything and everything around her. Hala's inspiration process involves closing her eyes and letting colours and pictures flow in her mind to form a piece of art that expresses her emotions and feelings. She uses brush strokes, sharp contrasting dark and light tones, and her hands to create pieces that reflect her love, dreams, soul, and memories on a canvas or wooden board.
