After retiring from the full-time work force I have been able to pursue my love of art and in particular painting. There is great pleasure in visiting the many and diverse art galleries in Melbourne. I have completed three years studying, practicing and pursuing my passion in visual arts at the CAE in Melbourne. Although my major interest is painting I also enjoy printmaking with wood engraving and lino plates. Recent submissions to several art shows and exhibitions have been well received and have influenced my choice of current and future works. I enjoy depicting scenes in every day life while out and about and in my neighbourhood. I look forward to submitting my art works for the pleasure of fellow art lovers and receiving constructive criticism.
