Worked as a writer in advertising, Sydney and Melbourne winning many international awards for television and print advertising. Moved to Perth switching to art, studying full time Claremont School of Art and Edith Cowan University, 1990-1993. Major painting. Minor Printmaking. Worked in own studio, exhibiting and working with group of artists in Montevideo, Uruguay periodically 1998 - 2014 Returned to live in Melbourne 2012. Her work is known for its 'fresh liberated look at the drawing process'. Won numerous awards from 1997 including Finalist National Photographic Portrait Prize 2009 and Finalist Museum South Australia Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize 2009. Following the death of her husband Les Mason in 2009 the artist ceased art, and began writing a book on her late husband's graphic design and art work in 2010.
