Helen has always had a mutual love of Art and Science. From a young age, she loved nothing more than exploring artistic pursuits with a paintbrush, pastels or chemistry set.

Years on, Helen pursued her love of pigments, colour and paint through a degree in Science at The University of Melbourne majoring in both Geology and Chemistry.  This  was followed by a PhD in chemistry, where Helen investigated the degradation mechanisms that occur in Polyurethane paint exposed to uv/sunlight.

Helen now happily pursues her artistic endeavours (without the chemistry set), particularly in mixed mediums and resin technology.
