Artist Bio: Jenine Bell
My journey into the world of art started in my childhood with simple pencil drawings.
I started out with Oils in the early 1980's. In 1995 I decided to try my hand at pastels and after a while was doing works on commission as well as projects for myself. In 2007 I took up Oils again I had to re learn many of my skills. I am really enjoying the medium and find I prefer it to others I have tried.
I love telling a story through my art and have done a variety of works including portraits, landscapes, seascapes, many animals and birds and even the odd train. You can view my work on

Although my passion is for oil painting of wildlife and I have tried my hand at scratchboard, watercolour and mixed mediums.

I attend weekly classes at the Glen Eira Cheltenham Art Group under Danielle Robertson to improve my skills as art is an ongoing learning process. I am also a member of The Australian Guild of Realist Artists. I am available to take commissions.
