BIOGRAPHY

With a base in Melbourne and frequent visits to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, I have rediscovered my artistic passion upon retiring from teaching. My background in silversmithing has paved the way for my current artistic pursuits, which provide a harmonious balance to my competitive Masters Swimming endeavors. As an active member of the Malvern Artist Society, I have been honored with a couple of awards in their recent exhibitions. My artistic approach encompasses a range of mediums, including charcoal, pastel, and acrylics, which I employ in an intuitive and expressive manner. Participation in a life drawing group allows me to capture the essence and beauty of the human form through various artistic expressions. My artwork is featured on Gallery 247 and Bluethumb, and I am an active participant in the Art of Flow Creative Community.
