Kym Lee is a Melbourne-based artist who recently graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Digital Experience & Interaction Design and Fine Art. Her work has been exhibited at the prestigious Boomer Gallery in London, UK, where two of her paintings were featured, and recently winning the International award Best in Show in her category for her painting "HeartBeats" at the Fusion Art Driven by a deep love and concern for animal welfare and a belief in the importance of kindness and empathy towards all living beings, Kym's artwork takes various forms, including sculpture, painting, sketching, and digital art. She draws inspiration from personal and collective memories, as well as the natural world and its beauty. Kym believes that it is crucial to pause, observe, and appreciate the world around us, including the animals and nature that we share it with.
