Painting, for me, is a return.

I did not begin with an art background. I began with a quiet need to sit with myself. Over time, I realised that painting is not something I control — it is where I meet my inner calm.

When I paint, there is no pressure and no fixed outcome. There is only experience, flow, and presence.

Through art, I explore life from the inside out.

If my work can remind someone to trust their own inner voice, then it has done enough.
