I have studied tonal realism for many years, initially with David Moore and for the last 18 years with Barbara McCallum at her East Ringwood studio.   I have received prizes and Highly Commended Awards in local Art Shows around Melbourne.   In April 2005 I was a finalist in the Sulman Prize held in Sydney and as a result I had the honour of my entry hanging for 2 months in the Art Gallery of N.S.W.  My work is all executed in oil colours.
