Origionally trained as a commercial artist in Brisbane during the 1960s,I later decided to expand my outlook to Fine Art, studying at 

the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and graduating in1980 with a Bachelor of Arts,majoring in Fine Art Painting.

I have exercised my work through various galleries in Queensland and Victoria,since then.Currently I participate in many locally based art communites in the Macedon Ranges and in metropolitan Melbourne.

Colour is an essential aspect of my work. Expressionism is my vehicle and I use the human form,landscapes and animals as my point of departure to make my statements.

My work shows strong line work,colour and mark making.
