I am a South Australian painter, born on the River Murray and raised in rural South Australia. . Rosemary Warmington Art Website Both my semi-abstract landscapes and my abstract paintings are drenched in colour, influenced by the natural world and the Australian light and landscape See Instagram: rosemarywarmingtonart/ and featured in the Art Edit Magazine (Spring 2019). I work through an intuitive process using saturated colours, mixed media, line work, surface scratchings and motifs to create expressive works imbued with memory of place. I am a regular exhibitor and award finalist. "I paint my landscapes using rich colour blends to portray and reflect the natural world to evoke a mood and sense of place. I use colour, line and texture in my abstract designs to create a rich modern art piece.
