Melbourne based contemporary artist working with oil or acrylics on canvas. Julia creates works that are emotive and intimate, drawing on her own lived experiences and often telling her story through a borrowed face. Although they are all somehow autobiographical.  

Julia celebrates the relationships between warm and cool colour pallets and creates tension in the work with a variety of textures. 

Colour, texture and light in figurative form. An instinctive artist and one to look our for.
