I’m a Melbourne based figurative artist.

I use a mix of traditional and modern techniques and my eye for bold, graphic compositions to create soulful and striking work.

I’m fascinated by the tension between the realism of the primary subject in his paintings and the abstraction of the surroundings, between the control of finer work to the intuitive release of the broad strokes; the two sides of art; craft and passion.
